Enable openness, enhance connectivity and nurture collective intelligence in the hospitality investment space.

OpenComps launched in 2006 with the idea that we can all benefit from our collective knowledge - similar to the collective efforts in building Wikipedia and YouTube - but for the hospitality investment space. We want to create:

• a platform where we can dramatically improve the transparency of hospitality transactions by inviting the deal community to contribute and monitor the data;
• a place where investment professionals can gain insight into the marketplace both for what has happened and what is currently happening;
• a space where professionals can communicate with one another, get recognition for their expertise and get the next deal done.

We are a small organization with big ambitions but chilled-out attitude. We work to be creative and productive, but we look to enjoy life. We don't believe in 50-hour workweeks. These guys wrote the book about it. Do you share our passion and vision, and have a skill set that can elevate us higher? We are open to everyone from everywhere .
